We want you to be fully stoked on your Bilmuri gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
